Missing Items

If the number of expected boxes does not match the number of boxes noted on the delivery receipt, mark the packing slip, noting which item(s) are missing.

You must then contact the Furnace Store within 48 hours to notify us that your order arrived incomplete.

The Furnace Store will work with our trusted courier to track down your missing item(s). If the item(s) are not found, the Furnace Store will ship a replacement to you within 7 business days.
