Who pays for shipping?

The Furnace Store pays for all shipping costs, including for returns in the rare event that equipment arrives damaged. Please note that shipping charges can and will apply on remote deliveries, at The Furnace Store’s discretion.

Shipping Your Order

Using multiple trusted couriers, the Furnace Store provides free shipping to our customers in across Canada.

Most orders are processed for shipment or leave our warehouse and arrive within 1-7 business days of the order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. Delivery or transit times vary depending on delivery location and package size.

If an item is lost during shipping, the Furnace Store will work directly our trusted courier to ensure it is located. The customer will not be responsible for any equipment lost during shipping.

Please note that shipping charges can and will apply on remote deliveries, at The Furnace Store’s discretion.

Receiving Your Delivery

Upon arrival of your shipment and prior to signing for the delivery, customers must ensure that their equipment is inspected for damage. Customers must also count the number of boxes in the shipment to ensure the count total matches the count printed on the delivery receipt.

Please do not sign the delivery receipt until you have carefully inspected each item for damage, and until you confirm receipt of all items.

Damaged Equipment

If you notice damage on your equipment, refuse the items that are damaged and then keep and sign for the items that are in good condition. Mark the packaging slip, indicating which items are damaged.

You must then contact the Furnace Store within 48 hours to notify us that there is damage to your order.

Upon receiving confirmation from the shipping company that your order was refused, the Furnace Store will ship you a replacement item.

Missing Items

If the number of expected boxes does not match the number of boxes noted on the delivery receipt, mark the packing slip, noting which item(s) are missing.

You must then contact the Furnace Store within 48 hours to notify us that your order arrived incomplete.

The Furnace Store will work with our trusted courier to track down your missing item(s). If the item(s) are not found, the Furnace Store will ship a replacement to you within 7 business days.
